Payment

Payment can be made using all major credit or debit cards and via Paypal if ordering from this website. If you prefer to send a cheque please request one of our brochures and order forms and post to the address at the bottom of the page. Please note that at the moment credit / debit cards and Paypal cannot be accepted unless using the website. All orders must be accompanied with full payment including any delivery charges. Cheques will be cleared prior to desptach of goods.

Accuracy of Information

Prices, product descriptions and images are correct at time of going to press and loading onto this website. We reserve the right to change any details without notice.

Delivery

*If you live within postcodes OX7, 0X15 and OX16 and spend more than £15 in a single transaction we will deliver to your door free of charge. We cannot commit to specific delivery times. If no one is available at time of delivery you will be left details of how to contact us. Outside of those postcode areas delivery is £4.95 for all UK deliveries.

YOU WILL NEED TO ADD POSTAGE on to your order once you have completed your order. Look for the ADD POSTAGE symbol on the left hand side of the page.

We are happy to despatch overseas

Carried will be be DHL/UPS or similar.
To one address in Europe is £26.00
To one address in USA is £46.00
To one address in Australia, New Zealand and Asia is £46.00

These rates are for a parcel weighing no more than 6kg. If your parcel is over 6kg we will contact you with a quotation for approval and payment prior to despatch.

Any additional Taxes and Customs duties will be paid by you direct to the relevant authority.

We do not accept any additional charges that may be incurred.

Stock Availability

We aim to keep sufficient stock of all items shown on our website and in our brochure and despatch to you within 4 working days - however if any item is unavailable for despatch within 28 days of receipt of your order we will offer a full refund to you.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return goods for a full refund within 7 working days. Refunds will only be given for goods returned unopened, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you are returning goods you are responsible for any postage costs incurred. Your statutory right are unaffected.

All bath and soap products are clearly labelled on the packaging with their ingredients which are also displayed on our website. We cannot be responsible for allergic reactions to products.
